Mortgages Mystery Shop

Are you looking to buy a new property? Or, are you looking to re-mortgage your current property?

Would you like to earn £50 and feedback to one of the UK's largest high street banks?

We are working on behalf of The Lloyds Banking and are looking to assess the process of applying for a mortgage with banks within this group, Lloyds, Halifax and The Bank of Scotland (Scotland Only)

We are looking for individuals who are about to start / have just started the mortgage application process with this bank and have a house lined up that they intend to buy. Alternatively, we are also looking for those who are about to re-mortgage their property.

If you are currently in this situation we would like to join you on your journey. We would like to show our client how their advisor's are performing in order to improve their customers experience.

We must stress that you are free to choose whether you take the mortgage with this bank and can opt out of the process at any time.

Prior to the Mystery Shop you will be required to….
• Take part in a briefing discussion (20 minute phone conversation) with us.
• Complete a short online questionnaire regarding your mortgage wants, needs and your expectations of the process.

The Application Interview…
• The core requirement is that you have a house that you want to buy and that you must expect to visit one of our branches to progress your application within the next 3 months.
• You must discreetly audio record the application meeting (with recorders provided by us).

After the Mystery Shop…
• Keep and send copies of any information/documentation you are given by the bank.
• You will also need to sign and return a copy of the questions you are about to answer to confirm your eligibility to take part in the study.
• You must also return any recording equipment loaned to you by us. We will pay the postage.
